Assistant Director

Milija Marković, Acting Assistant Director in charge of Sector for Legal, Financial and General Affairs of the Office for Coordination Affairs in the Negotiation Process with the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government in Priština

Milija Marković was born in Belgrade in 1976, where he finished the Ninth Belgrade Gymnasium and in 2001 graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade.

After completing his legal internship and passing the bar exam, Marković worked in the banking sector for five years, handling legal representation, contracting, securities, preparation of legal opinions and other legal acts. From 2010 to 2014, he was with the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in the Czech Republic, as an advisor in charge of economic cooperation. After returning to the country, he worked with the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Services, handling bilateral economic cooperation, as well as normative and administrative affairs.

Marković has occupied the position of the Acting Assistant Director with the Office since December 2016.
